Automated Subsidy Reload
Our system automates the process of topping up meal subsidies for employees, allowing organizations to set credit reloading schedules based on their specific policies. Whether it’s a daily, weekly, or monthly subsidy, the Canteen Management System can easily adjust to meet your organization’s needs. For example, a company might offer a daily meal subsidy of RM3, RM20 per week, or RM80 per month, depending on its policy. This automated process ensures employees consistently receive their entitled benefits without administrative hassle.

Cashless Prepaid Cards with RFID
The convenience of cashless transactions is brought to life with our RFID-enabled prepaid cards. Employees can effortlessly make payments using these cards at any point-of-sale (POS) system integrated with our Canteen Management System. The system automatically deducts the purchase amount from the employee’s prepaid balance and prints a receipt. If the purchase exceeds the subsidized amount, the employee can simply pay the remaining balance in cash. This approach not only speeds up the transaction process but also reduces the likelihood of human error and financial discrepancies.
Digital Signage & Q number display
To further enhance operational efficiency, our system includes a Kitchen Display System (KDS) that synchronizes all orders with a queue number calling system, eliminating the need for manual intervention. The process and pickup numbers are prominently displayed on digital signage, ensuring a smooth and organized food collection process for employees. This automated solution minimizes wait times and enhances overall dining satisfaction.

Live-updated Menu
Flexibility in menu management is another key feature of our Canteen Management System. Administrators can create and update menus in minutes, making it easy to adjust offerings based on availability or special events. Order thru Mobile App and Web

All orders are instantly displayed on an Android-compatible KDS app, reducing misunderstandings and improving service speed, especially during peak hours.
